Georgina is currently Technical Manager (Pigs) at Red Tractor Assurance, where she is responsible for managing the development and delivery of the scheme’s pig standards. Previously Georgina was a Senior Policy Adviser at the National Pig Association for a number of years where she led on a number of policy areas related to pig health and welfare including responsible use of antibiotics. Georgina also completed a PhD at University of Liverpool researching Salmonella in pigs.
